Introduction

Welcome to p988 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). p988 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform operated under the domain p988.cam. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("User", "you" or "your"), and p988.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the p988 Platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, casino, live dealer section, instant games, bonus offers or any support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform to access betting, gaming and promotional features.
• "Operator" — the entity responsible for operating and managing the p988 Platform and its associated services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table or any other game offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus or other incentive offered by p988 to eligible Users, subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before certain account features — particularly withdrawals — are activated.
• "Funds" — real-money deposits, winnings or bonus credits held within a User's Platform account.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary request by a User to restrict their own access to the Platform for a specified period or indefinitely.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on p988, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. p988 strictly prohibits access by minors. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the minimum required age, the account will be suspended immediately pending KYC verification, and any funds held in that account may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship order or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

3.3 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and all other Pakistani cities and provinces must independently assess their legal obligations under applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial ordinances. p988 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3.4 Single Account

Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Not Self-Excluded

You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether on p988 or through any other gambling platform or self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction. If you are subject to such an exclusion and attempt to register or access the Platform, p988 reserves the right to close your account immediately.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact p988 support immediately.

4.3 Username and Password

You must choose a unique username that does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not contain offensive, misleading or impersonating content. p988 reserves the right to require a change of username at its sole discretion.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Identity Verification (KYC)

p988 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-fraud obligations. All Users will be required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal requests are processed and at such other times as the Platform deems necessary.

5.1 Required Documents

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation requested by the compliance team

5.2 Verification Timeframes

p988 will endeavour to process KYC submissions in a timely manner. However, verification timelines may vary depending on the volume of requests and the completeness of submitted documents. Incomplete or unclear submissions will result in delays.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by p988 may result in restricted account functionality, suspension of withdrawal rights or, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure. p988 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods

p988 supports a range of deposit methods that may include locally familiar payment channels referenced for the convenience of Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The actual availability of any specific payment method is subject to the operator's current configuration and the policies of the relevant payment provider. p988 does not claim endorsement or affiliation with any of these providers.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method, account tier and jurisdiction. p988 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time.

6.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. p988 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; actual processing times depend on the selected payment method and the payment provider's own processing schedule.

6.4 Currency

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as an account currency, all balances, bets and payouts will be denominated in PKR. Currency availability is subject to the operator's current configuration. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. p988 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction and to delay, reverse or report transactions where AML obligations require it. Users must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on p988 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, birthday rewards, referral credits and loyalty program benefits — are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion as well as these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits will be specified at the point of bonus acceptance. Users should read these conditions carefully before claiming any bonus.

7.3 Illustrative Bonus Figures

Any PKR bonus amounts displayed on the p988 Platform — including but not limited to PKR 1,000, PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000, PKR 10,000 or PKR 25,000 — are illustrative examples unless confirmed as live offers by the operator at the time of display. p988 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus amount at any given time.

7.4 Abuse of Bonuses

p988 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other users; or exploiting technical errors.

7.5 Refer-a-Friend & Birthday Rewards

Referral credits and birthday rewards are subject to eligibility criteria set by the operator. These offers are not guaranteed and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Any figures displayed alongside these offers are illustrative examples only unless the operator has confirmed them as current live values.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

p988 reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion. The acceptance of a bet shall only be confirmed once the Platform has returned a confirmation reference to the User. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. For cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and other sports markets, odds reflect market conditions at the time of acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation are locked regardless of subsequent market movement.

8.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes or displayed information caused by a technical fault or human error, p988 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. p988 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Casino and Live Dealer

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) and instant games — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples unless confirmed as certified figures. House edge and variance vary by game type and provider.

8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and are displayed within the relevant sportsbook or casino interface. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type and User account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the p988 Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while access is otherwise restricted
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where doing so is unlawful
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption or any activity that constitutes cheating in relation to any sporting event
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, errors in odds or software bugs to generate artificial winnings
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening or abusing p988 staff or other Users through any support or communication channel
• Allowing a third party to use your registered account or credentials

Any breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Responsible Gambling

p988 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling should be undertaken solely as a form of entertainment, never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, modification or creation of derivative works from Platform content; scraping or data-mining Platform content using automated tools; or any commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from p988.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p988 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

p988 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults and circumstances beyond p988's reasonable control may affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by p988

p988 reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, provided false information or is otherwise acting in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users.

13.2 Closure by User

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting p988 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the User via a supported payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have not been accessed for a prolonged period may be classified as dormant. p988 reserves the right to apply a dormancy policy in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Users will be notified before any dormancy fees or balance adjustments are applied where required by law.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of consumers under applicable mandatory law in their country of residence.

Pakistani Users are reminded that the applicable laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial gambling legislation — may govern their access to and use of the Platform independently of the Operator's governing law clause. p988 does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a User's access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

Amendments to Terms

p988 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, p988 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
